RNAvision
In molecular diagnostics of rare diseases, the outlier is the signal. In RNA-seq studies, this translates into detecting outliers in gene expression and splicing, for which the founding team has previously developed the tools OUTRIDER, FRASER and DROP. Our new cloud-based end-to-end solution seamlessly integrates genotypes, RNA results and clinical phenotypes. These results are delivered through our interactive platform, RNAvision, enabling users to prioritize disease-causing variants with just a few clicks.
